I decided to start building my personal brand when I realized that I was finding absolutely nothing about myself when I was googling my name.

Even worst, all the results were about a certain author named David Goudreault (not Gaudreault).  Google was actually suggesting the profile of somebody else that was apparently more interesting than mine!

I had to do something about it, so I started building my personal brand to take control over my brand and public image.

But what does a personal brand is all about?

A personal brand will ensure that you showcase the absolute “BEST” of yourself.

That your friends, your colleagues, your boss, your contacts, anyone get the right perception about you and recognize you for your strengths, your skills, your natural talents, and your interests.

Even better, taking control over your brand will ensure that anyone who doesn’t know you, but look for you online for any reasons, will find the real and best information about yourself.

Your brand will showcase what you want the outside world to know about you.

It will contribute to building your authority and credibility to such an extent that future collaborators, investors, headhunters, employers, etc., will come to you with professional opportunities, will come to you for advice and will think of you for a promotion or a collaboration.
